[cups] cups 1.6.3 does not print test-page correctly

Hello List,

In use is cups-1.6.3-26.el7.x86_64 on a CentOS 7.3
It is a RAW-printer connected to a Windows-Shared printer.

The ouput of the test-page contains just the line

#PDF-BANNER
                             Template default-testpage.pdf
 
Show printer-name printer-info printer

Output of other documents is rather strange, wrong font, wrong indention,
and so on.

Installed are following packages:
cups-filesystem-1.6.3-26.el7.noarch
cups-filters-libs-1.0.35-21.el7.x86_64
cups-filters-1.0.35-21.el7.x86_64
cups-1.6.3-26.el7.x86_64
cups-libs-1.6.3-26.el7.x86_64
cups-client-1.6.3-26.el7.x86_64
foomatic-filters-4.0.9-8.el7.x86_64
foomatic-4.0.9-8.el7.x86_64
foomatic-db-filesystem-4.0-40.20130911.el7.noarch
foomatic-db-4.0-40.20130911.el7.noarch
foomatic-db-ppds-4.0-40.20130911.el7.noarch

With CUPS 1.3.7 I have a correct test-page.
What could be the reason and solution to this problem?
