[cups] cups 1.6.3 does not print test-page correctly

Robert,
The test page is implemented differently in CUPS 1.6.x - previously we used a custom PostScript file but that was changed to use the CUPS banner format in 1.4.x (I think).
If you used an actual driver on the CUPS system the correct filter would be applied before sending the test page to the Windows server.
