[cups] Remove option server in cupsweb

Luiz,

You can disable the web interface with:

    cupsctl WebInterface=no

If you want to only remove the configuration options from the admin page, you'll need to edit the "admin.tmpl" web interface templates under /usr/share/cups/templates.
