[cups] HP-Laserjet 4050N

I installed this on my Linux Mint 18.2 machine using the HP.com install 
program.  It actually uses a Samsung ML-4050 file for printer specs.  
I've tried using the same tool, and substituting the file for the 
HP-Laserjet 4050, but no difference, except maybe even slower.  Found 
having multiple instances causes some issues. So have removed all but 
this one.

I am geting a page of print, followed by the following page with this text.

Any ideas how to resolve this ?
