[cups] installation error of cups 2.2.5 on CentOS 7

Hello everyone

I'm trying to install cups 2.2.5 on CentOS7. I extracted 
cups-2.2.5-source.tar and I'm following the instructions written in 
INSTALL.md

I did

./configure: which completed with no errors then

make install ENTER: which started installing things but it stopped with 
error:

make: *** No rule to make target `ENTER'.  Stop.

What does that mean? Can somebody help me overcome this, please?
