You can add printers and you can not add printers, and you don´t have
printer drivers.  You want to use 32 or 64bit printer drivers with some
unspecified 64 or 32 bit system.  You can access printers and you can
not access printers.

I think first you need to figure out what you are trying to do and how
to do it.
