[cups] Kyocera FS-C5300DN (KPDL) very very slow

Hmm. Here's what I get when I try this on a Mac (High Sierra):



This is a screen shot in order to capture the funky "a"s.

At this point, lpinfo is still running. I have to <ctrl>C in order to 
stop it.

Rather odd, isn't it?
