[cups] get a new copy of a network printers configuration

Helge and Brian for your help.

I have powered off the printer
deleted the printers in the laptop
shutdown the laptop and powered it off
restarted the laptop
then powered the printer on

The first time I did that the new printer did not have duplex.  Went though the
process again and I now have the printer working properly.

I have no idea what went wrong.  It is working now, that is what counts.
