As the list probably will delete the attachment (because missing .txt extension, I think),
I sent you the script off the list.

Note that the script accepts the job option 
iccprofile=xxxxx
where xxxxx stands for the absolute path of the ICC profile to use
(it will be used as the ghostscript command line option
-sOutputICCProfile=xxxxx
so for testing you need not modify the PPD of the printer to use.

but I think the ICC profile handling is OK with release 9.95.
