[cups] Automatically tel Canon laser "yes, I know I'm low on black, print anyway"

I'm running a canon laser printer (LBP7100C) that works nicely now that
the canon proprietary drivers have finally stabilized, but it keeps
nagging that I'm out of toner, even though print is still nice and black.

This means I have to ssh to the print-server and fire up a
"statsusmonitor" app every time the printer is started, to tell it "yes
I still want to print even though you can not guarantee print quality"

I'm wondering if anyone has automated that process, it is getting
tedious, it has been nagging for at least 6 months now.

The status-monitor does not see the error-condition until the first
print-job is submitted, so automating this might not be quite
straight-forward.
