[cups] making cups-2.3b3 on Solaris 10 SPARC

To build cups-2.3b3 on Solaris 10 SPARC one needs a lot of basic
components, which are not available as default on this platform:

gcc-492
fontconfig-2.11.91
poppler-0.24.5
ijs-0.35
lcms-1.19
pcre-8.35
qpdf-5.1.2
cups-2.3b3
ghostscript-9.06
cups-filters-1.0.62

There are even more recent version of, for example, cups-filters, but
not any most recent version compiles on Solaris 10 SPARC. But, the above
suite fits together.

The most time consuming part is fontconfig-2.11.91 because at the end
during 'gmake install' it launches a proc fontconfig-2.11.91/fc-cache/.libs/fc-cache -s -f -
which walks for many hours through all the installed font families on
this server :-(
