Try the following:

If you are using Kerberos authentication, do

lpadmin -p FollowMe -o auth-info-required=negotiate

If the Windows system hosting the print server uses username and password for authentification, do

lpadmin -p FollowMe -o auth-info-required=username,password

where username,password are to be replaced by the actual username and password.
