[cups] verifying signature

Hello,

I've downloaded the last CUPS source. To verify the signature I run:

$ gpg2 --verify cups-2.3b4-source.tar.gz.sig cups-2.3b4-source.tar.gz
gpg: Signature made Tue Mar 27 18:07:14 2018 CEST
gpg:                using RSA key 45D083946E3035282B3CCA9AF434104235DA97EB
gpg: Can't check signature: No public key

How I could get the public key?
