[cups] CUPS 163 RSS subscription error

When I load the admin screen the existing RSS subscriptions are being presented with the variable text from the
Subscription.tmpl file instead of the data contained within the subscription.conf file?  Any know fix for this situation?


The screen looks as follows

{notify_recipient_name}   {notify_events}  steve
{notify_recipient_name}  {notify_events}  All Queues
