Finally ... by using the raw option, the win file can be sent from CentOS guest and successfully printed on the Xerox printer

  lpr -P 11F1 -o raw 2018-10-11-1118-print-to-file

So, I guess that means, the filters on CentOS7 aren't correct yet ...
