[cups] lpadmin new printer

This worked great. Thanks for bringing me to the 21st century. I do have
one problem, I was hoping to use this in my kickstart script to automate
installation, I didn't realize cups is not running during install so
ipadmin gives an error saying it can not connect to server. Any idea how I
can install a printer with anaconda kickstart?
lpadmin -p Officejet-6700 -o printer-is-shared=false -L "Office" -E -v
ipp://172.16.0.2:631/ipp/printer -m everywhere -d Officejet-6700
