[cups] Jobs remain in queue after completion

Some clients print jobs remain in local queue after being completed
indicating stopped. This is with a networked printer created as:

lpadmin -p Officejet-6700 -o printer-is-shared=false -L "Office" -E -v
hp:/net/Officejet_6700?ip=172.16.0.2 -m lsb/usr/HP/hp-officejet_6700.ppd.gz
-d Officejet-6700

Could this be a buggy printer not sending completion to the clients? Or did
I miss an option in creating the printer to delete on completion.
