[cups] PDF randomly had print quality issues

Good Day,

I have Cups V2.2.7 run on Ubuntu 16.04. I had Xerox D110 Printer had
randomly having print quality issues when end users print pdf on their
chromebase. But some pdf prints perfectly fine

Any advice is highly appreciated
