[cups] Cups 2.2.10 - order to show finished jobs

Thank you so much Zdenek and Johannes,

I have a computer lab that serves approximately 500 undergraduate students
and the amount of printing is great. The print history being displayed from
the last to the first one makes it much easier to identify printing
problems.
