[cups] Windows 10 LPD service rejects CUPS lpd backend jobs

Hello,

I know this isn't strictly a CUPS error, but maybe someone has already
faced the same situation and knows the solution.

We print (among to other devices) to printers attached via USB to Win10
PCs. A TCPDUMP shows that the first 8 byte job information gets send to
the PC to port 515, but LPD service answers with hex 01, i.e. NAK:

The queue name 'MFCLPR' is fine and the M$ LPD service is running.
