I suspect that, in the second job, the contents of the pages 7 .. 8 (maybe up to 9) is difficult for the printer’s interpreter to digest.
Without knowing which PDL (PostScript, PDF, PCL or the like) it is impossible to do even an educated guess.

Perhaps you could mail me the two jobs (or similar examples exhibiting the same issue) off the List
(the list is picky about the type of attachments).
