[cups] error_log DNS-SD

I don't know cups well (here to learn) but name collision for me this type
of error message has meant either
A) IP address is used more than once, eg when I have statically assigned
the se up as was given out by dhcp
B) name has been used more than once, eg when I've duplicated a virtual
machine and had them both running
