[cups] Unable to add printers from CUPS 2.2.13 web interface

Have you tried http*s*://<ip>:631/admin/  rather than http://<ip>:631/admin
?
I then get a untrusted/self-signed certificate browser warnings which I
have to accept before the page displays.
