[cups] Can't print to a local HP LaserJet

Well it's hard to see what could be wrong.
I would delete the AllowUser... lines, change the ErrorPolicy to retry-job.

What does:
lpstat -t

print?

Try:

cupsenable HP_LaserJet_M14-M17
cupsaccept HP_LaserJet_M14-M17
