As you used an utility named „driverless“, I assume you are using some Linux system
which by default uses the cups-filters package from OpenPrinting.org <http://openprinting.org/>.
The OpenPrinting printer list tagged this printer as a „paperweight“ and states
that it is not supported by the foomatic package.
As in your driverless output listed, the printer’s supported document-formats are:
– application/octet-stream (which is probably Windows GDI)
– pwg-raster (the raster format designed by the Printing Working Group)
– image/urf (Apple’s proprietary raster format)
and the preferred document-format is image/urf (according to your listing), and the default
is application/octet-stream.
But there is hope:
The driverless utility should have generated a PPD file (written to a file with a cryptic name in the /tmp directory
if called from the command line).
You Linux system should provide a GUI application to configure printers (or a utility named system-config-printer)
which by default configures the printer using the PPD generated by driverless. And the
cups-filters package provides a filter named gstoraster which (at least) is able to generate
the image/pwg-raster document format.
Feel free to ask for more help if needed.
