[cups] Trying to work around Canon MF743cdw driver bugs on MacOS Catalina

Please post your printer’s PPD (as a .txt file to prevent the attachment from being deleted by the mailing list).
With that PPD I could set up a fake printer to test other document formtats (such as PostScript, cups-raster, peg-raster etc.)
