[cups] lpform failing, password not recognized

Hi,

     It was commented out because when I examined the old cupsd.conf file,
it contained Port 631 and nothing else. And somehow it works from the
command line. So I commented it out in the new installation. This was some
time ago; I've since configured a +lot+ of webservers (a new skill for me),
so a fresh look at this configuration was productive.
