[cups] getting printer information

Hello CUPS!

Running cups 2.4.7-1.

On my laptop, connecting to my cups print server, in the status section of
the print dialogue box I am getting:

Getting printer information...

It never finishes getting the printer information. The mouse pointer has
the "spinning" icon.

I do see the printer via:

avahi-browse --all -r

I can successfully print from a different laptop on my network.

I have disabled the (nftables) firewall on my laptop and the status of this
problem does not change.

What am I missing to debug this further?
