[cups] Issues with CUPS and AirPrint on iPadOS 16

Thanks for the confirmation Doug, it’s always good to know that I’m not the only one or that I’m missing something obvious.

I’ve opened an “Issue” on the OpenPrinting CUPS page, feel free to “me too” it.
