[cups] localhost:631/printers aren't but are at local address in place of localhost

Hi all;

FF at loclhost:631 cannot see the shared printers on my network, but
FF at local ipv4 address:631/printers can.

What am I missing that prevents other computers on my local net, from 
using my printers?
