I would like to know under what circumstances would a printer go 
into "stopped" state on its own (without the printer admin putting 
it into stopped state). Also how can this behaviour be changed so 
that no printer goes into "stopped" state on its own (i.e. unless 
explicitly stopped by the admin?
Help would really be appreciated.
