if y collect cups-1.1.20.tar.z file then unzip it to a folder

then open a terminal and go to that unziped foler
that would be 'cups-1.1.20'
then write .
 ./configure
 ./make
 ./make install


your cups server will be install
you can test it to mozilla browser http://localhost:631
