Till defined the LSB 3.1 requirements for PPD files to live below
/usr/share/ppd/, please see

We currently use the attached patch for this, since we do not need to
support CUPS_DATADIR/model/ any more. But I see that you might want to
support the old path as a fallback, so this patch may not be appropriate
for direct upstream application.
