Fixed in Subversion repository.

OK, the script is now added in the "tools" subdirectory, along with the
required font (no sense looking for where it is installed, it is freely
redistributable and fairly small) and some changes to have it put the
button images in the right place and show the progress.

This script works *very* nicely, thanks again for writing it!
