{trunk r9398} build error: ‘kDNSServiceFlagsShareConnection’ undeclared

I uncommented all mentions of ippserver* in test/Makefile. Now there is 
another error when building:

   Compiling bannertops.c...

   ../cups/language-private.h:61: note: expected ‘const char *’ but

   make: *** [all] Error 1
