[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3464: cupsd resolves localhost to both IPv4 and IPv6 address even if only 1 is set

We have long resolved localhost on our own because it has been the #1
network problem associated with CUPS over the years, and doing so has
never caused any reported problems.

So, not to be fixed; if you want to force only the IPv4 address, specify
the IPv4 address in the Listen line (as you've already discovered...)
