[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3795: MaxJobs does not limit max number of job data files

Would you perhaps consider to delete associated data files when their jobs
are deleted? A separate limit on the number of data files is probably
indeed useless, but it's just inconsistent that there is a way to purge
old job files, but none for old data files.

In any case, could you please reopen this report, as my comments about the
documentation is still valid. The current behavior is IMO counter-intuitive
and should be documented.
