Can't add printers with web interface

Recently we had to begin installing cups on our servers in order to print to newer printers. The install went smoothly on the first two servers but the third one has possed a problem. When ever we go to http://<server-name>:631 we ge the main page but after clicking on the "Do administraion tasks" and entering our username/password cups just stalls out. We changed the loglevel to debug and got the following message.

the last two lines will keep repeating every 5 min. Incase it matters, this box is running solaris 2.6 with a sybase database. I know it is really far from bleeding edge but the program that runs on it is only certified up to 2.6
