Howl/mDNS support?

mDNS is supported by Apple's version of CUPS; their mDNS (Rendevous)
stuff will be included with CUPS 1.2.

Anyways, LDAP and SLP have larger cross-platform usage than mDNS
right now; SLP is already supported, and LDAP will be added in CUPS
1.2 as well...
