[cups.general] RHFC and CUPS ...

Greetings ...

   Maybe not the right place to ask, but ...

   I make changes to my /etc/cups/cupsd.conf file, and a few days later 
or so, it has been removed.  Is this a problem or something in 
FedoraCore1 that I could disable? Or am I missing something.

   I have remove sites which recieve print jobs from my main site, so I 
put in

Allow From 10.0.0.0/8
BrowseAllow from @LOCAL
Listen 10.1.17.1:631

but I see that this section above my setting ...
