print from Windows

Hi All,

I am trying to print from a Windows PC via IPP and a Linux machine on a Brother HL 1250. Printing is basically OK, but there's always

- an extra first page with:
%%[ ProductName: ESP Ghostscript ]%%

- an extra last page with:
%%[LastPage]%%

I have tried both the Acrobat PS driver for Windows, as well as an Apple Laserwriter driver, and cannot find any option to influence this, so it appears to be a normal behaviour.

Can this be influenced on the CUPS side? Any other ideas?
