I assume you're running CUPS on the "SCO server"?  If so, just create
a queue using the SMB backend (part of Samba), and all jobs to that
queue will be forwarded to the windows 2000 machine's queue, assuming
you have the correct permissions to submit jobs on the server.

"smb://machine/queuename" as the device URI should be sufficient.

[In general, you might also find it more reliable to use Linux or *BSD
rather than SCO.  SCO UNIX does not have a rosy future.]
