[cups.general] dotmatrix printing

If I add -o PageSize=Custom.14x11in on the command line everything
works fine, but for some reason if I add it to lpoptions it is ignored
and I still have to add it on the command line. Also some applications
need be to pass document-fromat=text/plain. I am not sure why, because
from the command line It doesn't need this.
