Yes, you can. Connect to the print$ share of a W2K or XP box by
	smbclient //smbnameofyourbox/print\$ -Uadministrator%admins_password
then go to the subdirectory
	\w32x86\3
and get the files
	ps5UI.dll
	pscript.hlp
	PSCRIPT.NTF
	PSCRIPT5.DLL
and use then cupsaddsmb as usual. If that fails, perform the operations
"by hand" as
described in the "official samba howto", chapter 19.
