page_log difference between unix and win clients

As it is designed, the page_log should contain one line for every page of a job,
containing a time stamp, the job id, the page number, and the number of copies printed for
this page.
As the page log entries are heavily dependent on the DSC conformance of the PS job,
treat the 1-line-entries from your Windows jobs as degenerated.
