ServerAdmin and mail notification

Hi everyone,
I try to send mail notification under CUPS when
Cups Error Append (ex : by stopping a queue inopportunely ).
For that I tried to write some parameters in cupsd.conf

#ServerName myhost.domain.com
# ServerAdmin: the email address to send all complaints/problems to.
# By default CUPS will use "root at hostname".

must I put   ? :

ServerAdmin root at hostname

or

ServerAdmin mail_name at privider.com

But if I put mail_name at provider.com where
I put smtp server (in which file ?)
Must I install postfix before ????
