CUPS Spooling question

I'll give it a go when im back at work tommorow, basicly what im trying to do is get around a rather painfull bug in a Xerox Phaser 6250dp whereby if i push more than one job into the printers buffer at once only one of the jobs will ever come out, the man at xerox hasnt got an answer for me and i've confirmed the problem lies in the printer itself.
