[cups.general] page_log big ID gaps, missing jobs

If there are missing lines, it's probably because a printer driver 
used on some clients doesn't produce PostScript, contrary to what 
you think. 

This in fact bypasses the pstops filter entirely, which is the 
program which fills the page_log.

So double check your client drivers.
