[cups.general] CUPS problem: option -o outputorder=reverse

To get help by the error_log you should edit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and 
set LogLevel to "debug". Restart CUPS then and you get much more info in 
the error_log. If you still do not get a clue, post the error_log here.
