[cups.general] How to list the print options ?

Hi,

how can I list the options available for
a dedicated printer (print que) ?

We have a new printer which can generate a
booklet. So I would like to test it
using lpr -o Something=booklet(or whatever) -P printer ps-File

But where can I find the possible options (in the ppd ?) ?
